Comfy and clean
The property is quite big and comfortable. Too bad there isnt a bathroom upstairs as well. the automatic lights are very useful, the beds are comfy and the bathroom and shower clean.

Nice place for short and/or long stay
Everything was perfect. Quick communication with the owner. Easy self-check-in. The house was clean, the rooms were well furnished, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The photos correspond to reality. The only one recommendation, older people should use the room on the ground floor. The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep. Younger people have no problem with those stairs and quickly get used to them. Parking was only without any problem. The closer surrounding is quiet village character. Easy access to public transport and train. There is a grocery store nearby. Our group was there for business trip, therefore the Wi-Fi connection, place for sitting with table and quiet setting, easy access of transport and shop around was pleasing for us. Also the price to guality is perfect. Definitely, we recommend this house.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable.
The water kept going from hot to cold in the shower. The ACs were time restricted and the doors did not close for most bedrooms (crooked door frames).

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, man konnte direkt vor dem Haus parken und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hat sich zügig um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.
Für unseren Geschmack war es etwas zu nüchtern. Eher geeignet für die „Männer auf Montage“ als für den „Familien-Entspannungsurlaub“.

Prima verblijf voor een weekje.
Bedden waren (te) smal en de eettafel was geschikt voor max 4 personen. Er ontbraken veel glazen en borden. Deur van de oven werkte ook niet goed. Ondanks deze kleinigheidjes prima verblijf gehad.

Aufenthalt Mainz
Große Wohnung mit Aufenthaltsraum und TV. Parken im Hof möglich. Sehr helle Zimmer. Netter Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Schreibtische vorhanden. Im Großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt gut.
Küchenausstattung könnte mehr sein. Parken in den Seitenstraßen war sehr begrenzt. Kleine Betten, gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber machbar. Treppe sehr steil. Bewegungsmelder Licht ging immer an obwohl man im Bett lag.

Ein praktisches, kleines Haus in Mainz- Gonsenheim
Die Lage war gut, die Aufteilung war gut
Das Haus war sehr klein, die Treppe zur 2. Etage ist sehr gefährlich (steile, kurze Stufen) Es gab weder Seife, noch Spülmittel. Das Haus wurde nicht ordentlich geputzt - die gesamte Küche war siffig, der Boden war schmutzig.
