Living room is fitted with two queen sofa beds (note one under the TV opens up and linen for it is underneath) in addition to a large couch.

House has three bedrooms (two queen and one with two twin bunk beds). The Queen master bedroom as a TV (fitted with G Chrome) and bunk bedroom also has a tv (fitted with G chrome and connected to local channels). The main bathroom is situated off the hallway and bedroom 1 has an ensuite.

The house is fully equipped with linens, washer/dryer, shampoo/body wash etc. to make your time in St. Pete a breeze.

House is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Please note: the property does not have outlet covers therefore is not child proof however we welcome infants and children to stay (we are parents too). The property has a baby bath seat, pack n play and high chair.

Additionally, the insurance on the house does not allow any animals on the property.

The package will be waiting for you on check in and will be yours for the duration of your stay.

For a prolonged stay we think it is ideal for up to 6 adults and 6 children, however the house can sleep 12 adults.

Guests have access to the whole house, with easy self check in with secure key pad (code messaged via VRBO to you just before your stay). Parking is available both on street in front of the house or front driveway can fit a max of 3 - 4 cars.

We provide a guide in the house with our favorite local restaurants and things to do.

There are outdoor security cameras for general security and safety.
