Clean house. Air conditioning through out except one room, second floor toward the front of the house. Very family friendly!! Great location!! Near food, beach and playground. Love it!!

AC worked well, was family friendly, arcade “old school” games were a lot of fun. Walkable to restaurants, beach and children’s park/play ground. Easy drive to Treasure Island and other Gulf beaches.

Everything was as advertised. The best feature was the location - convenient to the beach and only one block to the main drag. Great AC! The property was hot when we checked in but cooled down quickly. The only gripe was that there was only a single roll of toilet paper in the entire house when we checked in, but we navigated that ok (we don’t typically bring TP when we go on vacation). Overall, this is a great house for a big group. And the video games were a nice touch.
