Located in the waterfront-facing portion of our Spanish-style property on Boca Ciega Bay, this private studio is attached to two other guest accommodations on site. Your studio and indoor space are entirely your own, while the sandy private beach, waterfront backyard, and outdoor areas are shared with guests of all three accommodations.
One of the best parts of this property is the location. Step outside and relax by the bay, start your morning with coffee by the water, spend the afternoon soaking up the Florida sunshine, or wind down with a beautiful sunset.
Inside, the studio has everything you need for a comfortable getaway, including a queen bed, full kitchen, private bathroom, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and dining space. Its eclectic, vintage-inspired character fits right in with Gulfport’s quirky beach-town personality.
When you’re ready to explore, you can leave the car behind. Gulfport Beach and Beach Blvd are about a 5-minute walk away, putting restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, live music, the fishing pier, and local events within easy reach.
You’ll also be conveniently located about 10–12 minutes from St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg, making this a great home base for exploring the area.

Great location. A good place to stay however it is rustic, with not much light. I believe that is in the description.So if you’re not ok w rustic it won’t be for you.Otherwise it is very lovely w a very peaceful area to sit at the end of the yard which meets the bay.With everything less than a block away is a real plus. .

Place was very run down. Bad smell, I'm assuming from the hurricanes. Most of the town is also shut down from the hurricanes. Pictures are much better than the actual unit. Host was VERY nice, though.
