About this cottage rental

This is not your typical rental with hand-me-down everything. From the moment you walk in, you will feel at home in this cozy beach cottage. This lavishly redone home has a spacious master suite with jetted tub and stall shower, plus sliding doors to the heated pool. A privacy fence surrounds the pool with landscape lighting that makes you feel like you're at a 5 star resort. The master has a quiet sitting area for reading and a dressing table. Relax in the large living room with wide-screen TV and electric fireplace (no mess, just ambience!), or hang out in the pool surround with your morning java & paper. The roomy second bedroom has its own private bath with tub shower. There is also a TV as well. Both bedrooms have high end bed linens. Our small office has a desk, wi-fi, and a 3 in 1 printer. Coming soon: a TV & chairs. The kitchen has the latest appliances (induction stove & convection microwave) and is well equipped for those who like to cook. Don't care to cook? There is a plethora of fabulous restaurants just three short blocks from your door. The screened lanai has lounging chairs, a dining table and a grill, plus lots of pool toys for kids & adults alike. Our front porch features a small seating area for two, plus a bistro table under the trees for al fresco dining. Our laundry room is equipped with new washer/dryer, iron & board. A quiet, safe getaway perfect for a couple or family where you can walk or bike to everything you need.

If you’re looking for a house to rent in the St. Pete Beach/Gulfport area, this is it! We were a family of four and stayed for a week, and it was an excellent value. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and even a nice selection of spices, which made cooking easy.The pool was clean, refreshing, and the perfect size for taking a dip or simply floating and relaxing. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and thoughtful extras like beach chairs and coolers made our beach days even more convenient.The neighborhood is quiet and charming, and it’s an easy walk to Gulfport’s waterfront district with its many restaurants and unique shops. One of my favorite parts of the trip was starting each morning with a walk or jog through the neighborhood and then relaxing by the pool afterward.Lysa was a wonderful host. Before our trip, she was happy to answer all of my questions about the area, and during our stay she was very responsive and easy to reach by text whenever we needed anything.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

My daughter said “Give her a thousand thumbs up!”The place was perfect. It had literally anything we needed. We did a grocery order at the beginning of the week and cooked in the kitchen all week. My kids stayed in the pool all week. Having access to our own private pool was a game changer for us. And our pup was able to sunbathe right on the deck next to us. The home was close enough that we could walk to the beach and close enough that we could drive to ft de Soto in 20 minutes to play at the dog beach. The host was so easy to get ahold of and made check in/check out SUPER easy. We all agree that we will be coming back. 10/10

This property was beautiful and has everything you could ever want inside and out! The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Gulfport, which made everything walkable. There were several areas on the property to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and the pool/surrounding area was a huge bonus, as most places in Gulfport do not offer pools. It was serene and private.We were also able to bring our small dog, which made the whole trip possible for us.Finally, the hosts were wonderful and responsive throughout our entire stay. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return again. This will always be our first choice in Gulfport.
