For overall value and location the home was nice. There were a few minor inconveniences such as the laundry room being out in the back shared space and with the gate only having a latch on the outside, it was often difficult bringing laundry back in after washing. The washer and dryer were also older, so it took a while for the laundry to be finished and the dryer was not working properly for us. The space was kind of tight, especially with the living room and kitchen being in the same space and having not a lot of counter space to work with. Additionally the fridge was rather small for an extended stay, as we were there for 10 days. The house as however very nice and the location was really convenient to Gulfport and the St. Pete area. The only other complaint was we ran out of some toiletries, paper towels etc. which is fine, but would have been nice to have some extra.

The house was cute and cozy and pretty much everything was as described. The beds were super comfy. We love the Gulfport area and this house is in a friendly neighborhood close to walking trails, the marina, and the restaurants and shops downtown Gulfport. It is just a short drive to the beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. Not having direct access from our unit to the shared outdoor space proved to be disappointing. Even though there were two entries to the space, it was so awkward to get to that we didn't make much use of it. John was a great host. We had an air conditioning issue that he addressed promptly, and we were not inconvenienced whatsoever. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.
