The property was newly refinished and very clean. All new flooring/appliances etc. Beds were comfy. Because it was spring break and we needed a last minute place to stay that wasn’t overpriced; this was a great option! Had 3 bedrooms which we needed and worked better than stuffing all of us in a hotel room. Host was very responsive to my questions and requests. Property was located between two of the places we needed to attend.
Side yard was a little messy and needed mowing. While the house was in a central location for our needs; it is not in a neighborhood that you could/would walk around; therefore I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 for location. It was a great place to sleep which was all we needed.
