Main house (sleeps 6)
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the pool
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, and vanity
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room
• Guest House / Annex (by the Tiki Bar, sleeps 7):
– 3 bunk beds: two of them with twin beds on both levels, and the third one with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
– Sofa, Smart TV, closet space, private Wi-Fi connection
* Note: This guest house does not include a private bathroom but has convenient access to the main one through the patio

2 full bathrooms: one private bathroom in the Primary Bedroom, and a second bathroom for the rest of the home and the annex

Trash collection takes place every Friday morning — please place both bins curbside the night before.
Pool maintenance is scheduled on Fridays in the morning by our trusted service team, ensuring everything is spotless and ready for you to enjoy.
A starter kit of essentials is provided for your first day — including organic soaps, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, and coffee, so you can settle in comfortably.
We welcome one small pet (please notify us in advance). A cleaning fee applies to maintain our high standards of hygiene.
