We started renting our house as a vacation home since Memorial Day Weekend 2021. We strive to continue our 5 Star rating.
When comparing Vacation Homes, look at and compare what you desire most. As you compare other homes, here are some things that we have that others may not:
- SQ225 143,00 BTU Pool Heater. Largest Heating BTU's for Private Pool.
Many of those will not heat their pool accurately. Ours is new, and SQ means super quiet.
1. Private playground. Adult Supervision at all times and use at own risk.
2. Large saltwater pool (can be heated upon request, extra fee applies). We have a lot of pool floaties and pool games. Please check with us prior to your arrival to see if you need to pack anything extra.
3. Large pergola with rattan seating for 10+ and 55-inch Samsung Smart TV. we also have seating for 6 around ping pong table.
4. Outdoor regulation basketball hoop (can adjust for kids).
5. Kettler outdoor Ping-Pong Table by Pool & Dart Board/Ring Toss on shed.
6. Nice area to ride a scooter or toys in the backyard.
7. Weber Grill with 2 propane tanks in case you run out.
8. Lots of private lounges outside.
9. Private fire-pit by pool - Perfect for family smores night.
10. Private grass area for Kids/Adults to play. Numerous outdoor games provided as well as indoor games located next to the fireplace.
11. 3 large outdoor umbrellas.
12. Beautiful outdoor lighting on timers.

We have 2 driveways. One off 78th ave and One off 47th Street. Total car parking is around 10. you are 6 miles to Beaches and 1-2 Miles from great restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 1/10 mile away (Publix). Super Walmart is 2 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
All security cameras are only located outside the property (like entrances or outdoor common areas) and are there purely for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home, and we strictly follow Airbnb's policy, which bans all indoor surveillance devices.
By booking this property, guests agree to use the home and all amenities (including but not limited to pool, hot tub, stairs, decks, recreational gear, and outdoor areas) at their own risk. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss that may occur during your stay.

First, we had a wonderful stay! The location was terrific as we were close to everything. Supermarkets, stores, beaches, nightlife and more. Second, the house is older but very comfortable and had so many amenities. We had a great kitchen stocked with every appliance including a smart refigerator that played our Pandora tunes! The pool was great, it has seating in the pool for sitting and having great conversations whilst enjoying an adult beverage or two. Bedding was super comfy. One of the king beds is an adjustable bed....perfect for this snorer! Two full bathrooms with plenty of towels and supplies. We were a group of 10 women ranging in age from 17 to 84. Every single one of us enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. This is truly a vacation home. Basketball court, playground for the littles, great outdoor games and eating areas and entertainment areas inside and out. Loved every minute and our hosts were always responsive for any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and enjoyed the outdoor oasis with the pool and amenities. It was also very close to shopping and restaurants. The host, Sarah, was great and responded quickly when I reached out to her.

Very outdated house. Various things were broken or didn't work. Bounce house was filthy, tried cleaning it and it was usable to an extent, it leaked. The ceiling fan in the theater room wasn't working. The massage chair was not working properly and the recliner chairs in theater room were all the way against the wall so it was hard to fully enjoy them. Play set was destroyed, that was disappointing because my 3 year old wanted to play on it so bad. Sofa bed in game room was broken. Some drawers in kitchen were damaged & didn't open. Bathroom tub/shower was so outdated and nasty looking. Floors were dirty, cleaning crew is not cleaning very well. Garbage was left in the yard by previous renters and to top it off, with my kids in the house there was a little bag of weed left in a drawer under the TV in the theater room(which we threw away)along with an almost empty bottle of tequila. it was actually disappointing to say the least every time we would go to enjoy something it didn't work or was destroyed. Also there were only pool towels for the bathrooms, no bath towels. The bedroom with the twin bunk bed in it, the door does not latch and the toilet in master bedroom runs on and off all night. It would also be better if they just left the AC on instead of having people shut it off before they leave. Definitely could be a great house but needs a lot of attention.
