About this house rental
Welcome to "Casa Del Mar" - This spacious and fully remodeled 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom, three-story home features a private pool and hot tub, outdoor dining area, multiple living rooms, large balconies and a tower suite! The neighborhood has a dedicated, gated beach access - an easy walk from your front door! Take the walking path in either direction along the beach road for multiple dining options and more fun!

As you enter the home on the first floor (ground level), you'll find the main living space, with a large, plush living room, kitchen, half-bath, and dining area, including indoor and outdoor dining tables to create more room for those large family gatherings!
A master suite is located on this level, with a king size bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower. You'll also find a bunk room with a full-size bunk bed, just off the pool/patio area.
On the second floor, a second spacious master suite includes a king bed, private bathroom and huge balcony with plush seating to enjoy gulf-views, or look down over the pool.
On the second level, you'll also find two double-queen suites featuring 2 queen beds in each room, as well as a private bathroom in each room. The second floor lounge area features a comfy sofa, flat screen TV, and a wet-bar with a mini-fridge and microwave!
The 3rd floor tower suite bedroom includes a queen size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The tower suite living space includes a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave, and a large balcony with beautiful views out to the Gulf of Mexico!
Back on the ground floor level, two sets of french doors lead from the living room out to the pool deck area. Lounge in the shade, grill up, gather around the large dining table, or just swim the day away in your very own private heated pool and hot tub!
Heading down to the beach, simply walk down the street and turn left. Across the beach road, you'll find the private, gated beach access for Avalon Beach Estates!
The spacious two-car garage provides extra room for storing beach gear, etc. Parking is available in the garage and driveway.

Excellent place to stay this was our family beach vacation for 2025. Enough room for eight adults and two children under the age of two. Each bedroom had plenty of room and the second floor TV room is excellent as well. Definitely would stay again next year

This was a dream trip come true. We had eight adults and five kids under the age of seven and the house was just perfect. We had enough room for everyone. The house is in great location to the beach and the swimming pool was just the best thing ever after a hot day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again and actually plan on doing so next year.

"The house interior was clean. It's very nice inside. However, the exterior pool and patio area were not clean. They need a power washer and some scrubbing. The patio table and chairs were very dirty. Additionally, the interior and exterior of the grill was very dirty. I was very disappointed with the entire pool patio area."
