If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. ✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking. PLEASE NOTE - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

My family - 11 people ranging from 19 to 88 - had a wonderful vacation at this property. The house is gorgeous. With 3 levels, there was plenty of room to spread out. Having beach chairs and towels was extremely convenient. We also had a blast with the paddle boards and floats. Communications with Stan were easy and prompt with timely updates and checking in to see if we needed anything. Access to the beach was close to the house. Note that the beach service does not reserve chairs, so get down early to get a good spot. Highly recommend this house and Stan as a host!

Always a great house to stay at. Right on the beach, amazing view of the ocean and beach. House is always clean, well kept, and has everything you need to enjoy the beach life!

The house is great. We had a family reunion with 10 adults and 6 kids, the house accommodated everyone very well. The view is amazing, the bedrooms are all very good, the one with the bunk beds are perfect for the kids, they had a blast! The location is perfect, and Stan is very quick to answer and prompt to help. We had a great time there.

The house was amazing and had plenty of room for our family. It comes loaded with beach amenities so that we didn’t have to bring anything with us! The house also had extras such as coffee, toiletries, etc that not all properties provide and Stan was extremely prompt on responding to me. He was one of the best hosts I have ever worked with!
