Guest Access:
Enjoy the entire home! When booking a vacation stay with us here at Beach Reunion, guests have access to the entire vacation home. The only shared amenities will be the private beach access for the community. Otherwise, this is your place to call home for your stay!
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the beautiful Avalon community and directly across the street from Pompano Joes`s restaurant. This beach access is private to this home. Sleek Retreat is also conveniently located in Destin near plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls!

Nearest Airport: Destin - FWB Airport (VPS) 25 Miles
Restaurants: 0.2 Miles

Beach Reunion staff is local to the area. Our office is like family, with only 4 staff members. We have 2 overseeing our guests/reservations and our head of guest relations who assists us with our guests needs. We are open 7 days a week which provides you unlimited availability to a member of staff and when you call, it comes directly to our office, no 3rd party hubs or call centers.
Interaction with Guests:
During your stay, our office is open seven days a week, with staff available daily from 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. We're readily available via text message, ensuring you can easily reach us during your stay. For after-hours emergencies, we have a dedicated line to dispatch maintenance or the appropriate personnel. We encourage direct communication and welcome texts, calls, or emails. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer care from the planning stages to your departure.
For your final balance due, please note that If you would like to use a credit card, there will be a 2% processing fee added onto the final balance amount at time of charge. You are also able to use our electronic check feature (no additional fees) by providing your routing and account number to a team member via phone. If more than 60 days out, you are able to mail a check to our office address.

Amazing as always! Our 4th year in a row to stay here and we absolutely love it for our annual family vacation. Communication and help from host is always top tier. Our one complaint is that the beach can sometimes get crowded when public beachers set up in our area and use our private gate, but other than that it’s perfect.

This was a great property my family and I got to visit. Very beautiful home and very spacious. Communication was effective and efficient. Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would say is I think the people who stay here should be notified about and when people arrive to come fix anything in the home. We were unaware that someone was coming to fix the ice machine and they entered the house while we were there and unaware.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location and amenities were absolutely great. We had 11 adults and 3 kids under 4 and the space was perfect for our group.

The house itself is well build and very modern. It’s has been clearly outfitted to host a large group. Even the garage is turned into sleeping room...
The property is not meant to be used during a cold weather spell. The heating doesn’t work. The Management Company sent 3 people to fix the problem, and they couldn’t.
Overall, an overpriced option. Look else where if you can.
