Santorini is a Mediterranean-style 4,300 sq. ft. home made up of 3 impeccable levels, comfortably sleeping up to 24 people. Santorini takes influence from traditional Greek design, with a modern touch creating a luxurious experience for all your loved ones.
Entering the first floor, this home’s elegant character reveals itself featuring rich tones, grand furnishings, and tropical poolside views. Offering a large and spacious floor plan on the first floor consists of a dining area, living area, media room and kitchen. The top-of-the-line kitchen is fitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances and stocked with all the necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware while still offering plenty of functional workspace. Luxury finishes and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming living area. The adjacent dining room is just as inviting, with 2 large wooden dining tables and seating for 16 guests. There is additional seating for 4 guests at the breakfast bar. The media room takes you to an entertainment wonderland with its large flat screen TV, surround sound, and theater-style seating. Sliding glass doors off the living area fill this space with light and create a seamless integration between the living room and outdoor patio. On the second floor you will find a cozy sitting room that connects with the 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first 3 bedrooms are King Suites, each with their own unique decorations, flat-screen TV, and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have private balconies. Completing this level is a custom-made bunk room with 3 Queens and 2 Twins on the bottom with the remaining Queen bunks on the top. We’ve been renting homes from Beach Reunion for our extended family spring break for several years and always love it! This year we stayed at Santorini and it was the best house! Clean, comfy, great kitchen and bathrooms, spacious bedrooms with cozy beds, pool was perfect, short walk to the beach. Media room was perfect for the kids. Golf car is a fun addition to the week so we can drive to ice cream and souvenir shops quickly. The owner and employees of Beach Reunion are so friendly, helpful. They always check in with us to make sure we have everything we need. The kitchen was just renovated before we arrived and it didn’t have a toaster. We reached out and they brought us a toaster within 10 minutes! We only rent from Beach Reunion and will for sure rent Santorini again next year! - Kerry

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe`s and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. We really enjoyed staying at this home for a large family holiday trip. Rooms were as advertised and location was so close to the beach. We had a few complications during our 10 day stay but the property management group was attentive and addressed our needs immediately. Would definitely be willing to book this location again.

The house was as it was described. It could use a little more pots, pans, and cooking essentials (oven mitts, larger pots and pans) to accommodate an eight-bedroom house with 20+ people, The gameroom downstairs could use a few more games (I'm not sure if there were any - we did bring some of our own). Personally, I probably won't visit Miramar Beach in the summertime again. The private beach was very close (about 2 blocks away). However, the beach and roads were way too crowded. It would take us 20 minutes to get .7 miles. However, that is not the house's fault. I had purchased the VIP entertainment package, but there was not enough room to set any of the games up on the beach. Once again, not the house's fault. The golf cart was definitely a plus. The credit to Vaykgear was very nice. However, once again being the area was so crowded, I think I would have only requested an umbrella, and the bikes. We did use the bikes a lot. They were very useful. We did not use the chairs, cooler, or cart. The management responded very quickly when we had concerns. I much appreciated that being that I was responsible for 20 people (12 were immediate family), and 8 other family members (making up 3 more families. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Well we really enjoyed where this house is located. Most of our complaint is the cleanliness the house was dirty. When we got there, the kitchen sink backed up. We called maintenance. They were there in the morning. He fix the sink. We asked him to fix the other problems we had such as the door on the third floor, you could not shut it the door because handle was broke. The maintenance man said he needed a different tool and never returned. The wash machine on the second level is broke. The pool was nice. Would stay in the area again but probably not at this house.
