My overstay at this property was Great! The outdoor pool and sitting area could use some up-to-date cleaning.

Property was clean and nice.. however the owner of property could spend a small amount of the profits to do some home improvements. Exterior of property could use paint as well as hornets nest should be cleared from balcony and main entrance. Some blinds strings ate broke and you cant open to enjoy the view. The furniture in living room is pretty worn down and you sink into the couches as you sit down. Kitchen cooking utensils are in extremely poor shape ( some of the spatula handles are burnt down over an inch or 2, other things are rusted).The kitchen table has screw holes in the top where crumbs collect and ants are coming out while you are trying to sit down to eat . Overall it was a great get away and enjoyed our family being together but was a little disappointed things aren’t kept up / replaced as needed.

Upon arrival, the property appeared nice.After going inside the property, we immediately realized how nasty the floors appeared the floors haven’t been mopped in months. The pool area and the pool also had not been cleaned. Before we were even able to use the pool we had to clean around the pool area and clean out the pool. Advising renters what day the pool service would arrive would also be helpful information and safety to the renters and service company..On Tuesday the pool guy showed up, NEVER knocking on the door, introducing himself, or anything. Just coming around to the gate at the pool area asking everyone to get out of the pool. Very inconsiderate when you have small children that just got in the pool. Not to mention just having a guy open the gate while you’re outside by the pool is very scary and unsafe to everyone.The home is listed as 5 bedrooms but the main king room downstairs is your only access to the pool, which puts everyone traveling thru the room several times a day. The home is nicely located to the beach, but please keep in mind it’s a public area so arrive early if you would like to use the golf cart for travel as the area gets very crowded.
