There were 17 of us. The house had plenty of beds. It was close to the beach you can walk. The swimming pool was awesome.

The property is as pictured and its in a quiet neighborhood although there are people constantly passing by on the way to the beach. We walked to the beach while the older members of our party drove. The house is in a great location. My only complaint is that the golf cart was moldy from being left to the elements, this wasn't an issue for us, and the first floor bathroom was clogged up so we could only use the upstairs bathrooms. We have a family member that has arthritis so this was very painful for her. I called maintenance and was told that they could not get anyone out until the next day. This is understandable but the next day came and no one showed or called. I got a text from maintenance the following day asking about the toilet but we had already checked out. Other than this, the house was really nice and suited our large family. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we even used the gas grill in the backyard for s'mores. I would recommend.
