Large warm and cosy

It suited our situation of having 4 teenage boys and two dogs. There was plenty of room, the pool was used constantly, the dogs ran around the yard. It was functional and allowed us to settle in quickly. The dining table was big enough for a game of Axis and Allies over three days. They could play pool, read a book, run with the dogs and just be kids.

They could upgrade the bbq machine and the pool could be maintained better

Location
Property photos were dated. Yard was not what we expected - a bit unkempt. Some appliances didn’t work as expected. Toaster and microwave. Maybe a couple of tea towels would have been good.
