Lovely old home - very clean and in a great location. Short walk to Mentone train station, shops and coffee shops
Property requires maintenance. Gardens and outdoor area need repair. Hot water system while hot is very noisy and if you only run the ensuite shower - the pipes make a high pitched noise which can be heard throughout the house.
