The “Franziska” attic apartment is located in our small, quiet vacation home, “Usedom Ferienwohnungen Tannengrund.” The house comprises a total of four units—all of which are intentionally rented exclusively to two adults. This makes “Franziska” ideal for couples without children who value peace and quiet, nature, and quality time together.
Nestled between pine forests and the vast meadows of the Achterwasser, our vacation home is far removed from the tourist hustle and bustle. Thanks to its central location on the island, you can access numerous biking and hiking trails directly from the property—ideal for actively exploring Usedom up close to nature. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the white Baltic Sea beach and the Achterwasser coastline.
Our “Franziska” vacation apartment, measuring approximately 46 m², features a bright, welcoming design and high-quality, cozy furnishings—perfect for relaxing after an active day.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vollkommen ausreichend für 2 Personen und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir können dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung genossen. Sie ist schön eingerichtet und es ist im Grunde alles vorhanden. Bei schönem Wetter ist auch der Balkon sehr schön. Die Lage ist schön ruhig.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage. In diesem perfekt eingerichteten (sehr gute Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche und ein modernes Bad) und mollig warmen Zuhause fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Ein großer Dank an Frau Kaufmann vor Ort. Es war ein Genuss die Ostsee, die Strände, die schönen Orte und die tollen Radwege kennenzulernen. Wir haben uns gut in dieser Atmosphäre erholt und kommen gerne mal wieder.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.
