About this docked boat rental
Fishermans Retreat is a large Houseboat on the water on Scipio Creek. Capt. Jr. Holland hand built this floating vacation home to take his bride Rhonda up river for weekend get-aways and fishing trips. Now it is docked next to the Water Street Hotel, ready for you to come and "Set a Spell". Enjoy the sunrise from the screened waterfront porch or toast the sunset from the top deck. This floating home can sleep up to 5 - 1 King Bed in the bedroom with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the main living area. An additional Twin Rollaway bed is available. A full kitchen, large screen TV with cable, Wi-fi, and full bath with shower complete the set-up of this roomy houseboat. 2 night minimum, weekly and monthly rates are available. 10% tax plus cleaning fee will apply. NO pets allowed.

Husband and I had a little weekend getaway and this boathouse was amazing! We loved the screened in porch and watching boats go by. Perfect location, nice view, quiet and private. Clean, comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this house. We will book again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing property and very relaxing. Very nice and clean and the bed sleeps great!We caught quite a few catfish and a dozen crabs off the back of the houseboat. We accidentally mis-booked for 3 days instead of the 4 days we planned for and the owner Ms. Rhonda was VERY nice and allowed us to stay the last night even though she had a friend that was supposed to come and stay a few nights. Extremely grateful to her and would recommend this property to everyone! I'd give 10 stars if i could!!
