About this apartment rental
#307's 3rd Floor location offers views galore from the screened deck. This privately owned and managed 1,000 sq ft condo has TWO King beds and two full baths. A large well appointed Kitchen with breakfast bar and spacious Great Room make this a comfortable place to relax and spend your vacation. Amenities include full size washer & dryer, free wireless, split master plan, TV's in each room. We provide basic necessities to get you started in this self-serve vacation rental. (paper products; hand, dish & laundry soap, etc). Daily maid service is not provided. Escape to the Coast, eat fresh oysters, enjoy the small town atmosphere and friendly people, meet your fishing guide at the dock! This condo is located at the Water Street Hotel with access to the community pool and exercise room. Dock space is for rent through the front desk on a first come basis. This property does not allow pets or animals of any kind. We do have other properties available for you to enjoy with your fur children so please allow us to help you choose the property that best fits your needs. Holiday's and Events such as Florida Seafood Festival will require a 3 night minimum.

Great stay for the second time. The unit provided all we needed. The greatest feature is the wonderful view overlooking Scipio Creek. Its also nice that its in walking distance to restaraunts and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

It was nice but dated and dark with poor lighting. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were not equipped with a safety bar to exit the shower and there was no tub mat on the floor. The owner needs to make several updates concerning the lighting, electrical switch in the kitchen and overall senior safety grab bar.
