Wonderful Riverfront condo located on the serene Apalachicola River. Expansive screened in patio offers breath taking water views. Perfect setting for watching boats & Florida wildlife. Our guests love the convenient walk to the shops & restaurants of charming downtown Apalachicola. Master bedroom has a king bed with water views and balcony access. The second bedroom has a full size bed and private bath. Only steps to boat slips that can be reserved through Water Street Hotel & Marina. Swimming pool & gym access included!

Clean room - the host is super easy to communicate with and will respond quickly to any questions you may have I will definitely keep this place in my favorite list since we visit here at least once a year

Had a great stay in Apalachicola! This condo was very comfortable! The covered porch was awesome. Sipping wine and watching the pelicans!! Close to everything!

The cost of the condo was expensive for what was given. Abit outdated, tv in living area did not work and only select channels in bedroom.
