The 2nd bedroom features a Double bed and Full bath. A Queen-sized sleeper is also available. Enjoy our many locally owned and operated restaurants or Cook in our Full kitchen and dine Al Fresco on your private screened porch. Free Wi-Fi, flat screened TV's, Washer/Dryer included. Complex elevator, pool and fitness center. Have your fishing guide pick you up out front at the dock. Nightly Rate $219 + 10% sales tax, Cleaning Fee paid by guest. Weekly (7 nights for the price of 6) No discount for longer stays.  Privately owned. We love Apalachicola every time we stay. We thought these accommodations were the best that we’ve experienced so far! We didn’t get to have a very long visit, but it was great to totally relax and especially enjoy the view of the marsh and all the activity that goes on! Thank you again.

The best part of the property was the porch. The place was dated and shop warn, given the overall cost.
