Downstairs, browse shops & sip coffee at local favorites. Close to wedding venues such as the Ice House. Sony OLED tv's, Sonos sound system, two Stearns & Foster king beds, king sleeper sofa by Design Within Reach & a fully appointed gourmet kitchen. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & bars. We are around the bend from a live music venue, so consider this when booking. Fantastic venue for extended stays! Free bikes, beach towels, umbrellas & chairs. Sorry, no pets. Maximum occupancy is SIX plus ONE infant. This property uses a reverse osmosis filtration system & provides bottled water & coffee. Mew heat & air unit. Adjust Nest thermostat to suit your comfort (thermostat is programmed to allow temperatures between 68 to 78 degrees).

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at the Apalachicola Getaway on Water Street. Betsey is an exceptional host! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a space that is stylish, comfortable, inviting and accommodating. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the full balcony, watching the sunrise over the river. In the evenings, it was just as relaxing to unwind outside, enjoying the views. There is live music across the street but it wrapped up at a very reasonable time and didn’t bother us a bit. It was the perfect escape, and we would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

This condo was a great find! Love the view; love the location. It is across the street from the Ice House wedding venue making it So convenient for an event there. But also walkable to shops, cafe's, restaurants and breweries.The owner goes above and beyond to give you all of the info you need to know well ahead of time and is so responsive to all questions. Book this condo; you won't regret it!

This was the best Vrbo that we have ever stayed at and we have booked several different ones. I loved all of the extras that were included the coffee in the bedroom and also just other little touches that were very nice. I was a little disappointed in the carpet in the bedrooms. It seemed pretty dirty or stained and also there was quite a bit of dust around on some of the tables and things really nothing to complain about just wanted to let the host know that maybe she could check these things out. Thanks for the bikes and all the beach equipment. Hopefully we will be booking again next year.
