Excelent accommodation

The apartment was great. Big, clean and cozy. The bed was very confortable. Super easy check in and check out. Parking right in front of the window. Close to the main roads and highway. Best value. Also the owner was super nice, polite and helpful. Milan explained to us the features of the apartment and helped us with recommendations in the area (restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, etc). We were in transit so we stayed only one night, but the apartment is perfect for longer stays if you want to visit the city. Apartman Živković will definitely be our first choice when we will be again in the area. Thanks for everything! :)

Cocoon

I may be sentimental because the place reminded me on the home of my parents-in-law, where I felt most protected, and so much loved. That place was my cocoon from all the troubles and negativities life has put in my plate. The apartment felt the same in some way. It is not ideal, there is certainly space for improvements. But, it is warm and cozy. The furniture is either quite new or extremelly well maintained. There was more than enough hot water, albeit the heating is not electrical, or central. The days were cold a bit, but the host heated the apartment so well that I could spend evenings in T shirt and no socks. There is a smart tv with lots of opportunities, Netflix included. Plugs are put very smartly, so working there was easy either from bedroom or kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with big fridge with freezer, sink, hot water, cooker, oven, ketller...Even washing machine provided in the bathroom. Shops are near, as well as famous Gros restaurant. The very center of the city is about 1,5km (200 RSD taxi, or 15-20minutes walk). The host was a young man very devoted to provide a guest with anything needed, and was incredibly welcoming. The day after my arrival, Leskovac had a problem with water. The host provided lots of technical water, and 3l of drinking water, until the problem was solved, providing also information about warnings related to the water problem. I left with a feeling that much effort is put to develop the apartment, and that in the very close future it will be further improved as to be in full shine. Having said all this, I will certainly and easy opt for this place, when in Leskovac again.

There was a problem with internet connection, so I could not use the TV. But in times of such an availabiliity of mobile services and TV and other applications, this was not important enough to alarm the host.

We stayed in this apartment on our way to Greece. The house is easy to find. On our arrival we were greeted by Milan's father who was most hospitable and willing to help. The house is in a quiet part of the town, parking right in front of the house. Supermarket is in walking distance (possibility to pay by card), greengrocer's with lovely, fresh fruit and vegetables (there we paid in €)as well. Unfortunately, if you want to buy some pastry or bread in nearby bakery, you will need dinars in cash. House itself is clean, nice, our host provided us coffee to prepare Turkish coffee.🙂 I really recommend the place to stay not only for one night.
