Beautiful apartment! Spacious, clean and great location.
All the stairs to climb (2 floors), carrying luggage/bags as there's no lift. Not suitable for the less mobile!

The only thing I felt is that check in could be an hour or so earlier.

Bright, spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Parking and check in were easy.
Several kitchen items needed re-washing. Coffee maker but no pods… just instant. Selected room for the balcony and view to the bowling green. No patio furniture and both the patio doors and the plexiglass balcony panels were spotted with ‘lots’ of bird droppings, that appear to have been there for a while. A lovely place but just needs some TLC to adjust doors so they don’t stick tight to the carpet, fix broken window handle etc. Also needs better lighting in the bathrooms. Just ceiling lights makes it difficult for shaving/make up application. All said, would stay again.

Well equipped and clean and perfect location to explore St Andrews and areas round about.
No communication about a window being unusable and being held close with wood which fell down as I was trying to open it.
Issues with hot water.
