We are nestled in the heart of historic St Andrews. Located just steps away from the picturesque Kinnessburn nature walk and a mere 3-minute stroll from South Street, which hosts some of Scotland’s finest bars, restaurants, and iconic fish & chip shops. Whether you are visiting St Andrews for it's renowned golf courses, breathtaking beachfront, prestigious university, or it's rich history, our property will serve as an ideal base while giving the comforts of home alongside luxury living.

Spent 9 days in St. Andrews, and couldn't be happier with the flat we found on VRBO. Easy in/out, on-site parking, 15 minute walk into town, super comfy and well equipped. The welcome basket with local goodies was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend.

Felt apprehensive on first trip out of lockdown. Fears disappeared at first site of inside this beautiful accomodation exceptionally clean and comfortable would highly recommend.Within walking distance of town centre, east sands beach and harbour every enjoyable stay.
