Superb

Property was in ideal position for us, we had off road parking right next to the entrance, 3 double rooms and perfect kitchen and living space for three of us. Good value for money also

Main bathroom shower was not so good, couldn't adjust shower head to where you need it ! But this is very minor point and would not stop me using again

Once we got our heavy bags up the 3 flights of stairs, everything was perfect except the lack of hot water.

The location and off street parking were excellent. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen with high end appliances. Nice bright lining room, spacious bedrooms.

The apartment was located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. No hot water in bathroom with tub. Did not have same issue with the shower.

Great Apartment in a central location

Spotlessly clean. It had aĺl the facilities we needed. We had a problem with the heating and the on call person came straight away and fixed our problem. He was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.

Lovely apartment. Parking right behind. Quiet location. Easy walk to M&S food and the main attractions of the town. Roomy. We thought we had an issue with the door to the balcony (though this turned out not to be the case) and agents response was excellent and really speedy.

One toilet seat was broken and had to be lifted off to be safe to use the toilet. Second floor - though not too bad getting upstairs.

The apartment is clean and modern. The location was good for the price. We had heating issues the first night (Easter Sunday), but they messaged with us and were there early the next morning. Excellent service!

I didn't catch that the apartment was on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Luckily, we're all capable but some people may not be. Also, the hall bathroom shower has such amazing water pressure it can actually be a problem. There should be instructions to start with as little water as possible.

Good stay in St Andrews

Apartment was very comfortable except for being a bit cold at times. Had all amenities necessary, in an ideal location and at a good price.

Apartment was a bit cold. Didn't matter how much we put the heating up, it only went up to 19°c and no further. Some of the radiators where needing bled I think, with only a few heating fully.

Apartment had many great features but noise at night from heater or hot water service was shocking

Position, facilites, space, nicely decorated apartment,

the gurgling noisy hot water service or heating which made awful clunking noises during the night. SHOCKING. kept us awake most of night. Shower dripped by itself during night in ensuite & also kept us awake

Stayed for 4 nights with 5 friends and we couldnt have chosen a better place to stay. The appartment is beautiful with everything we needed. We were very impressed with this little gem. Definitely would book again and recommend it.

Had the best time! Brilliant!

The location was absolutely perfect and just minutes from all the Restaurants & Bars. The apartment was so well equipped, comfortable, cosy and of a very high standard. We all had such a great time in St Andrews and the fabulous apartment was the icing on the cake. Would definitely be our first choice for our next visit. Highly recommend it.

Only slight problem was we were not sure where to put the glass recycling.

I would go back and stay in a heartbeat.

Being central to all amenities. The very well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat with ease .The living room / kitchen/ dinner is modern and cosy.

Only one set of keys. No foot stool to reach upper kitchen cupboards . Nosy boiler during the night in the blue bedroom, had to get up during the night to turn down heating.

main bathroom shower was a bit sub standard; our boys struggled to get it warm enough and said they had to hold the shower head in their hands and it sprayed water all over the bathroom floor.
