Ideal location for winter graduation. We would definitely consider a summer booking.

Lack of table/ flat surface in bedrooms. Shower tray drain in en-suite was partially blocked and therefor slow draining.

Very spacious, good facilities, 15 min walk into St Andrews, good correspondence with the hosts.

Not a dislike but note one room has bunk beds only suitable for children.

The location of the cottage was amazing. It was clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities listed in the description. The photos were accurate. My family stayed two nights and loved the cozy beds (and blackout shades) and kitchen to cook meals in. The kids loved the scrabble game and there was a helpful book with instructions and suggestions we found very useful. It was a clean, beautiful cottage. We would definitely return for a visit!

Central Location . Alot of staples in Cupboards which was great as we could cook breakfast and lunch .

Great house for a reunion with old friends.

Tranquil location with car parking within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in St Andrews. For a group of ladies happy to share rooms but not to share beds it had 5 separate beds plus two large folding beds.

Climbing out of a top bunk! Otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Nice property suitable for our short stay to attend an event.

Easy to get keys and access in our own time, located very centrally with town centre one way and M+S/Aldi the other just 10 min walk. One twin, one double, one bunk bed so sleeps 6 but z bed downstairs if needed for another person. Whole property was well heated. Lovely bathrooms with two upstairs showers and extra downstairs toilet.

Property is located around the corner of a row of parked cars with a broken streetlamp so bit dark at night to access but actual street where cottage is was very nice Only two teabags left in the box!

Great location but overall disappointed in standard of accommodation

Location was fab!

It was freezing cold on arrival and unwelcoming as no festive decor for a new year stay. We had to keep our coats on for a period of time to try to keep warm until heating kicked in. There was a lot of food in freezer, used toiletries and cupboards filled with open packaged food. Used vape lying on bedside cabinet was unimpressive! We had to clean some glasses, mugs and oven dishes before use.

The property is situated less than a 5 min walk to the town centre and a 10 minute drive to approximately 10 golf courses. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac so no disturbances by any people going too and from the town.

There were 6 people in our party and not one of us could think of anything we didn't like.
