Didn't feel very homely. Very functional. Blinds in sitting room and main upstairs bedroom don't work properly and a cork screw would have been really handy.

Overall accommodation for our group of 5 adult males was very good and with a little attention to the faults noted above
Spacious, clean and kitchen very well equipped. 3 toilets with one on ground floor. Very central with easy walking into town centre for shops, bars and restaurants etc..
Bedside light in master bedroom not working. Replacing bulb did not correct so only light in bedroom was ceiling light with switch at bedroom door well away from bed. This proved rather inconvenient. Also several of the vertical blinds especially those in sitting room and master bedroom slightly damaged with missing panels making it impossible to close completely.

Overall the villa was very good. The points we didn't like wouldn't take much to rectify.
The location was excellent: 10 minute walk to pubs, restaurants, shops and golf courses. The villa was spacious and clean.
One or two of the bedrooms didn't have a mirror. There were slats missing from the blinds in the main bedroom, so it was quite light in the mornings. There were insufficient glasses for us (6 people) so we had buy some extra glasses, which we left at the property. The lamps were broken in two of the bedrooms, and lightbulbs were missing in others. Only two dishwasher tablets, which was a bit stingy. Not much wardrobe space in the downstairs bedroom.
