This 4 bedroom duplex apartment has an extraordinary setting with unrivalled views over the 18th green and 1st tee of the historic Old Course, far reaching over the award winning West Sands beach to the distant Angus hills. Accessed via its private front door, you enter into the downstairs vestibule leading to the hall. There is ample storage space in the lower hall, perfectly suitable for storing golf clubs and luggage. The stairs take you to the first floor, where the first 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living, dining and kitchen area are located. There are a further set of stairs that lead up to the second floor where there is another 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and family living room. Watch the golf and appreciate the views from the comfort of its private roof top terrace whilst lounging on deck chairs - there's truly nothing quite like it! The bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, 3 with the ability to be made into twins or a double.

Fantastic golf trip!! First trip to st Andrew's and couldn't have been any better. Would have had to sleep on the 1st tee of Old Course to be any closer! Check-in was perfect. Unit was more than spacious for 4 of us. Clean with better showers than I have at my home. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on next trip

We enjoyed our stay at Links View, not sure you can get a better location for a private VRBO unit as this. The 4 bedrooms had excellent linens and nice mattresses. The rooftop deck was used every day, and had plenty of foldup chairs and a pair of binoculars (top room on shelf). The kitchen seemed supplied well.There were a lot bird droppings on all the windows but they had a cleaning crew come one day to clean it up, looked much better after that. That must be a monthly service, there is a good chance you will notice it as well, but that is part of the environment when you have a unit so close to the water. The showers had small travel size soap and shampoo, not well stocked, bring your own if you stay more than a few days and bring your own bath towels, they only stock towels for drying off.All of this is minor because you have a Tesco a short walk away. Everything is a short walk away from this place. Turn left out the front door and you have the Old Course in front of you. Turn right and you have Dunvegan Pub. The self check-in gave me problems but the management company responded very quickly. Enter the 4 digit # and turn the knob. My mistake was using the middle button. Duh. There was a chirping sound outside the smaller bedroom on the 1st floor, that caused sleeping issues. And major construction sounds on the back side. Luckily they started after 8am and we were up and about by that time. No sleeping in here for the next couple of months.

Highly recommend any group, small or large to stay here. The location is incredible, very clean and spacious enough for the 8 adults we had on this trip. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations!
