Just a 5 minute walk to South Street from the Kinness Burn, 34 Pipelands Road is a budget friendly option for a very centrally located property, perfectly situated for easy access to town, as well as East Sands beach and the main supermarkets, including M&S, Aldi and Morrisons.

34 Pipelands is a comfortable apartment compromising of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds or a king size via zip and links, both equipped with ample storage for clothes. The bathroom is a modern suite with a large shower cubicle. The compact living room has lovely views over the St Andrews Bowling Green, towards the Kinness Burn. The living room leads on to the practical kitchen/diner, equipped with all the essential items required to make the most of your self-catered stay, including a washer dryer, and a dining table with seating for up to 4 guests.

There is a private balcony accessed via the smaller bedroom, equipped with a bistro set to enjoy some summer sun, There is one designated private parking space at the rear of the building (accessed via Kinnessburn Road) and additional on street free parking outside the apartment block on Pipelands Road.
