A beautiful three-bedroom bungalow finished to a very high standard, with excellent fixtures and fittings throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and the smart TV was a great addition. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need, and it was a nice touch to have tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, and washing capsules provided. The garden is a lovely size and gets plenty of sun, making it a great space to relax. The location is around a 20-minute walk into the centre and is generally quiet, with a student feel to the area. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Parking can be a little tricky at times, as people across the road don’t always use their drive and instead park on the street, which can make getting on and off the drive slightly awkward. There is also an EV charger available, but this comes at an additional cost (we didn’t enquire about the price). As the area is popular with students, there can occasionally be some noise when people are returning from nights out, although we found it wasn’t intrusive or long-lasting.

The location was great for access to the centre of town and the two beaches.
A few repairs required. 2nd rung of inside bannister loose and sealant on upstairs shower door coming off.
Marks on carpets. Upstairs shower cubicle about 8” above floor level, very high.
