My husband and I along with our daughter and grandkids stayed at the property to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. We really enjoyed our time at the house. The accommodations were exceptional and being so close to the beach and river were a plus. We'd definitely stay again.

What a great place. We have stayed here several times and each experience has been wonderful. This is the perfect location if you are visiting the Mendocino area. There are so many things to do near by including wine tasting, hiking, and beach time. The house is extremely comfortable and relaxing if you just want to relax and enjoy the amazing view. We would highly recomend this place to everyone.

The view was fantastic, of both the Navarro river and ocean beach. House is about 15 minutes from Mendocino, went to dinner there 5 times, some great restaurants. The beach is about 5 minutes away. Another benefit was while the inland baked, the coast was cool with the sun peaking through. Was peaceful with no trouble relaxing. Would definitely return.
