About this house rental
Breathtaking gulf access 4 bedroom/4 bath pool and spa home located in the coveted SW area of Cape Coral. This vacation home is just minutes from Cape Harbour, Cape Coral Yacht Club and several popular restaurants and tiki bars.
This magnificent home sleeps up to 8 people. The master suite offers a King size bed and direct access to the pool deck and has a beautiful huge bath including walk-around shower and centered jetted tub. Large walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your clothing and belongings.
3 more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Both queen suites offer adjoining full baths that can be closed off to the hallway and become a private bath to the queen suites. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a full guest bathroom tub/shower combo is located adjacent to the room. Each bedroom has a private cable equipped TV.
Kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for 5. Plenty of seating for the entire family, main dining seats 6 and kitchen table can accommodate 4. Home features a family room and great room that is equipped with a flat screen TV and Wifi throughout the house.
The lanai is accessed by pocket sliders from the main living area and master bedroom. This large outdoor area will no doubt be where you spend most of your time, grilling out on the gas BBQ or just kicking back on the loungers taking in the gorgeous gulf views. The pool and spa offer an electric heater and user friendly controller and are ready for you to relax and start your Endless Summer. *Please note that security camera faces the driveway and canal only*

Beautiful place to stay for a family vacation! So quiet and spacious and relaxing! This place has everything you need! Very clean and was so awesome each bedroom had their own bathroom! Beds were very comfortable, too. Only complaint was the tv didn't have any streaming services or availability to cast. Thank you for an amazing time!

Beautiful home. Very clean and well appointed. The lanai with the pool and hot tub were fantastic and heated perfectly! Plenty of linens, dishes, etc. Beds were comfortable. There were “nice to have” items as well - pool noodles, coolers, fishing poles, beach bag. The communication from the management company was excellent. Thank you!!!

A comfortable and clean house with good beds and furnishings. The location is quiet in a friendly residential neighborhood, we particularly loved seeing the burrowing owls which can be seen perched by their burrows on the street. The house has clearly been a well used and well maintained vacation rental property for some time. This shows in the general decor, particularly in the pool area and lanai, which would benefit from a refresh. Florian was responsive and helpful, and the booking and payment procedure was flawless. Overall, a nice house that we had no specific complaints about, that made a comfortable base for an excellent vacation.
