Welcome to Seabird Villa. This VACATION/SEASONAL RENTAL is in beautiful Southwest Cape Coral with an intersecting canal view! Weekly rentals are permitted in this open concept 3 bedroom, plus a den, 3 bath home. It easily accommodates up to 12 people. Very family friendly; one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds! The heated pool with martini table and outdoor TV is sure to keep the family cooled off and entertained throughout your stay. Nicely appointed and beautifully landscaped, this is the get-away home you have been looking for. 111 feet of seawall, fish right off the dock. Close to everything that Cape Coral and Southwest Florida have to offer. Great beaches, restaurants, bars, golf courses & attractions are all nearby. It’s All About the Lifestyle!

We had a great week at the house. Everything we needed was there and it’s in a great neighborhood. The home has many extras that make the place even more enjoyable such as adjustable lighting, Bluetooth speakers, adjustable shower heads.
Our flight was delayed and Patrick, the property manager, went over to get our delivered groceries put away so they didn’t go bad. HUGE THANKS THERE! Saved the day since Walmart wasn’t so flexible. He continued to be helpful and in constant communication when needed the entire trip.
The canal view and the landscaping are both amazing. We rented a kayak and took it around the canals, good exercise.
Several bars and restaurants are close by. For simple but fun bars we liked Big10, Stevie Tomato’s, and Torched.

We enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of space for all 8 of us whether we were inside or out. Patrick was great to communicate with and very responsive. There were beach items that we were able to use. Thank you!

This house was everything we could have hoped for. The pictures are accurate and the property manager was very responsive.

We have rented several houses over the years, but this is the first where the pictures did not do it justice. The house was better appointed than the pictures depicted. All of the towels, dishes, pots/pans were of excellent quality and the owners provided ample supplies in terms of soaps, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.
We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.
