SEABIM Villa OLIAMODU - up to 10 people, 4beds, 3baths, Gulf access, dock

My family and I just stayed here for 2 weeks and the house was just as described! It was very spacious, had the biggest pool of all the houses we’ve stayed at (we’ve been coming to Cape Coral for the past 10 years). We arrived July 1st, the check-in process was easy. July 3rd at some point throughout the night the freezer stopped working, I contacted Jens the next morning (4th of July) and he got back to me very quickly and was very apologetic. His hands were kinda tied with it being a holiday and a Saturday but within 20 minutes he called me back to let me know there would be a new fridge delivered the next day which was fine at that point because the fridge part was still working. Well that too ended up going out so I reached out again. Jens wasn’t available but his father called me also very apologetic and he personally made things right in regard to the food that we had lost. There was a total of 6 of us between the ages of 17- well I won’t say my age lol but at no point did it feel like we were on top of each other and like I mentioned the pool was definitely big enough so we could comfortably be in there. This is a great house in a great neighborhood with great hosts!

I booked the house just a few days before our arrival. The process was quick and easy and the house was all in great order when we arrived. Most of all it was exactly as described and fully met expectations. Well done. Thank you.

The house is beautiful and our family really enjoyed the stay. Everything in the house and the dock area are new/newer. It's a great layout. Only issue we had was with the heated pool. It never heated to a completely pleasant temperature. We had the management company come out to reset the system, but still never quite heated to the target temperature. Would still recommend this property for a family vacation.

The met and exceeded our expectations. We are a family of four with two children (ages 13 and 11). They loved the pool and the ability to go fishing in the canal. My wife and loved the layout of the house. There was tons of room and everything we needed. In addition, working with our property manager, Jens, was super great. He was attentive, detailed, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. Everything about the process was easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend this property and working with Jens and Seabim.
