About this house rental
Beautiful gulf access vacation home in SW Cape Coral. Immaculate! Amazing outdoor living space including outdoor grill, refrigerator and sink, tiki hut with stools, sun loungers, ample dining and seating space, Smart television, and more. Add to that the southern pool exposure for maximum sun, and fully automated pool and spa system, that includes multi-color lights, waterfall spa, and electric heater. House is equipped with pool alarm, especially helpful for guests with smaller children.
The master suite offers direct access to the pool deck and has a beautiful huge bath including walk-around shower, and centered garden tub. Large walk-in closet offers more space than you can use for your clothing and belongings.
Three additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, providing added privacy and space for guests. The king suite features direct pool access and an adjoining full bathroom that can be closed off from the hallway to create a private en-suite retreat. Another guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a king bed as well as a bunk bed with a trundle—perfect for families or larger groups. These two guest rooms share a third full bathroom, complete with pool access and a walk-in shower

Guests must sign waiver to have access to bicycles and kayaks.

This home was perfect for our family spring break vacation! The house was extremely clean & comfortable. We loved the spacious patio and pool & spa area and spent a great deal of time outdoors. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We appreciated all of the beach chairs & toys & umbrellas. Highly recommend!

5 sisters stayed at this beautiful house. We enjoyed the pool area so much. The pool furniture was very nice. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. No complaints….. All good!

Our family certainly enjoyed our time in your beautiful home. Although it was quite cool for January, it was nice to use the hot tub. We found the kitchen to be stocked very well with dishes and appreciated the spices in the cupboards for our use. Thank you for a great vacation.
