About this villa rental
Imagine waking up to a warm Florida morning, coffee in hand, and stepping onto the lanai as the canal quietly comes to life. The kids can head straight for the heated pool while everyone else settles into the relaxed rhythm of a Cape Coral vacation. At Villa Hermosa, the best part of the day may be deciding what to do next.
This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom waterfront vacation home sleeps up to 16 guests, making it a wonderful choice for families and larger groups traveling together. Inside, there is room to be together, with comfortable spaces to retreat at the end of the day.
Outside, Villa Hermosa truly comes into its own. Spend the morning in the heated private pool, unwind in the hot tub, or prepare lunch in the outdoor kitchen while the rest of the family relaxes under the covered lanai. With an outdoor dining area and built-in bar, it is easy to turn an ordinary evening into one of those vacation moments everyone remembers.
Inside, practical details make a larger stay comfortable too, with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two washer/dryers. Families will love the flexible sleeping arrangements, including a bedroom with six bunk beds, while the master suite offers a king-size bed and a quieter space to start the morning.
When you're ready to explore, Cape Coral and Southwest Florida offer plenty of possibilities. Take the bikes or kayak out for an adventure, pack the beach chairs, umbrella and cart for a day by the Gulf, or arrange the optional boat rental and experience Cape Coral from the water. After a day of exploring beaches, restaurants and local attractions, return to the villa for a swim, a soak in the hot tub and another peaceful evening by the canal.
Whether you're planning a family vacation filled with Florida sunshine or escaping the cold for a longer winter stay, Villa Hermosa gives you the space and outdoor lifestyle to slow down, reconnect and enjoy Southwest Florida together.

Excellent experience.

The home was as described. The photos, descriptions and beds were all comfortable. House has a great view of the canal. Boat ride out to the river took us approximately 45 mins. Home is close to all amenities in the area. All the bathrooms, showers and living quarters were very clean. There were tons of pool floats at the home for the kids which was great.

The house was nicer than the pictures could show. Make sure to bring bath soap and if renting a boat know the trip out is lengthy. Other than that the house came with a lot of great add ons. Definitely would book again

The house was amazing! It was beautiful. The pool was wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were great. There was an issue with the screen door and they had it fixed right away! We absolutely loved our stay!! We enjoyed fishing in the canal. We saw dolphins on our boat ride through the canal. Our only disappointment was how far the gulf was from the house. Since you can only go 5mph it took an hour to get to the gulf by boat. Other than that our stay was PERFECT!!
