Make memories with the whole family at this one of a kind, stylish pool home featuring a fully loaded GAME ROOM! This 5 bedroom home sleeps 17 & has such a fun, cozy vibe! Featuring 2 living rooms & 2 dining rooms which both connect to the pool deck along with an open concept kitchen! There is even a pass-through bar top for serving tropical drinks from the blender straight to the pool deck outside! We provide a pack n play, high chair, dog bed, coffee maker, all kitchen essentials & much more!

The closest beach is Fort Myers Beach which is 25-30mins from the house usually.
Second would be the award winning beach Sanibel Beach on Sanibel Island 40mins or less away.
Lastly would be Lovers Key Beach which is about 40 mins driving.

16ft wide 48ft long. Guests are not permitted to park on the street or on the grass at any time or their vehicles will be subject to being towed. It is against city regulation and if the guests are found to be in violation of this by the city during their stay, the guest will be fully responsible for paying the fine

Heated pool -- pool heating is optionally heated for the entire length of the stay if guests choose to have pool heating ($25 per night only eligible to be heated from October to April)
A car will be necessary for traveling.
There is a safety fence which surrounds the pool for safety as well as door chimes on the sliding glass patio doors for children's safety.
Driveway Size: 16ft wide 48ft long. Guests are not permitted to park on the street or on the grass at any time or their vehicles will be subject to being towed. Garage has been converted to a game room, so parking is only permitted in the driveway.
A separate $35 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.

Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
We charge $25 per night for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heat fee must be paid for the entirety of the stay if you would like it heated. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runs 8:00am to 8:00pm.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $18 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

For what our family needed, it was fine. Functional and the warm pool was awesome! Game room was fun for the kids. As we cooked almost every meal, the kitchen lacked some tools and equipment needed for a large group. It was overall clean, but needs some regular maintenance based on the price point. Good communication with the property manager

This neighborhood is still recovering from the hurricane of September 2022. Many houses have tarps over the roofs and fences are down.
This house in particular, had the fence collapsed so the backyard is open (Dec 2022). There remains some ceiling and wall repairs that are not completed.
For our group of 12 (grandparents, parents and children) the kitchen was small. There is only one refrigerator, so we had to utilize coolers for drinks. I'd suggest an additional refrigerator in the garage since the listing shows up to 17 people can stay here.
The showers had nowhere to put shampoo or soap so we bought 3 shower cadies for future guests. The pool is unheated so we were not able to use the pool.
Nearby beaches remained closed (near Ft. Myers Beach) so we drove to Venice Beach several times for the kids to play. This is no fault of the owners, but until Ft Myers is restored, beware for those that are beach lovers.
The house manager was very responsive (no hot water at first, no grill which he did arranged to be purchased).
With a few improvements, amenities this could be a nicer place to stay.
