My mom and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The place was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location, not very far from some great beaches. The pool was wonderful and warm! Lonny was very helpful and responsive to anything that we needed. We had a great stay! It was a perfect place for the 2 of us!

Good location for us. Somewhat disappointed in the lack of utensils in the kitchen for cooking.
Had some bugs in the house, spiders, silverfish and something we could not see biting us.

I wouldn’t return, and I do not recommend.
On the positive side, the pool was warm and nice. The outdoor areas are great. The inside was average.
On the negative end, it’s beside a busy road. There was traffic noise throughout the day and night. We walked around the neighborhood a couple times and didn’t feel safe. There were ants and ant traps throughout the house.
We were also frustrated about their guest policy. The contract states an additional $30 per day per guest. We had two friends passing through town staying with us 3 of the 7 nights. We were were happy to pay the additional $60 for the three days they were there, but the owner demanded we pay the additional fee for all 7 nights without flexibility or understanding.
I wouldn’t recommend based on the traffic, neighborhood, and lack of customer service. It is a below average VRBO, and you can find better places to stay for less money.
