This 3,263 sq foot Cape home is a perfect destination for your next vacation. This tropical paradise is perfect for a multi-family or group gathering. Spend the days lounging in your own backyard oasis enjoying the canal views, 84 deg heated infinity pool(no extra heating charges), outdoor tv and bbq/outdoor kitchen in a screened lanai. If you want to venture out, grab your suits and dive into the fun at Sun Splash Family Waterpark or go on a day trip and explore the many beaches the area has to offer.
OUTDOOR LIVING - canal views, pool toys/floaties, lounge chairs, Smart TV w/ cable, bbq/sink/fridge, swim-up barstools, and dining table for 4.
INDOOR LIVING - Beach themes throughout. Largest data/speed wi-fi available in Cape Coral.
LIVING ROOM - high ceilings, 75 inch Smart TV w/ Cable, sofas and chairs. Dining room table seats 6. There is an additional banquet table for a larger family meal.
KITCHEN Cooking basics, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, dishware & flatware, air fryer, popcorn maker, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, crockpot, ice maker, spices, toaster.
BEDROOMS - All bedrooms have closets with hangers and luggage rack.
Also all bedrooms have Smart TVs w/ cable access **please note only 5 tvs can be be watching the live cable at the same time.
Bedroom 1 is a Huge Master Suite w/ king bed. Exterior door opens to lanai/pool area, Walk-in closet & 50" SmartTV. Master bath with double shower and relax in the jetted tub (a kids favorite too!).
Bedroom 2 is a smaller master en-suite with king bed, closet, 43" SmartTV and door directly to lanai/pool area that has private bath (also serves as a pool bathroom during the day).
Bedroom 3 is a King bedroom, closet and 43" SmartTV
Bedroom 4 is a Queen bedroom, closet and 32" SmartTV
UPSTAIRS has two full trundle beds (with sliding twin). Sleeps 6 kids, board games, SmartTV w/ surround sound system, balcony overlooking canal and pool, BEAN BAG CHAIRS!

House was perfect for a large group. The open upstairs was a perfect hangout for the kids. 14 people slept comfortably. House is in a good neighborhood with quick access and light traffic to local businesses. We enjoyed our week. House had all necessary amenities.

Had the Best time. This house was perfect for our family of 10. Enough beds and space for our family to enjoy this home. The pool was perfect for our 2 yr old granddaughter. Great restaurants and shops close by. Would definitely stay at this beautiful home again. Thank you!

We all loved this home, the host are amazing and attentive. This home was very comfortable for our family of 14, we all had plenty of space, and the kids loved the pool. We will diffidently consider this home for our next trip to Cape Coral.
