Every bedroom includes its own TV, making it easy to unwind at the end of each day.

The heart of the home is a fully remodeled kitchen, updated in July 2025, complete with brand-new appliances and a sleek wine fridge. A cozy living room with an electric fireplace sets the scene for family nights, while thoughtful extras like a high chair, pack 'n play, board games, a gaming system, and books ensure families feel right at home.

* * This great property allows up to 2 small dogs under 35lbs (non-aggressive breeds) with paid pet fee. Pet fee is only covers the standard pet cleaning. Guest will be required to sign a pet waiver.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks are to be used at your own risk.

For your convenience your home will be stocked with a one-time, complimentary starter kit of the following items: toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom); paper towels (1 roll); soap (1 bar or liquid soap each at the shower and bathroom sink); dish soap, for washing dishes by hand (1 small bottle); dish soap, for dishwasher (enough for 6 loads); laundry detergent (small bottle) (enough for 6 loads; 1 small package dryer sheets); trash bags (1 in each trash can; extras under the kitchen sink); coffee pods (1 per guest for first day).
