This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom pool home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with room for two more on a hideaway sofa bed in the living room. With a private electric heated pool, a fully fenced yard, and an outdoor game area, Sioux-per Tipsy is ideal for group getaways and their dogs.
Sioux-per Tipsy sits in a residential Cape Coral neighborhood near canal-side lakes, with the Gulf Coast's beautiful beaches just a short drive away. It's a cozy home base for exploring Cape Coral, whether it's dining at Cape Harbour, hiking nature parks or playing at Sunsplash Water Park.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV. Private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
- Guest Bedroom 2: King bed, streaming TV.
- Guest Bedroom 3: King bed, streaming TV.

- Additional Sleeping: Hideaway sofa bed in the living room for 2 guests.

The outdoor bar, seating area, and outdoor fridge provide a great space to gather for drinks or evening dinners. Sun loungers and an outdoor streaming TV make it easy to relax outdoors. Or enjoy a round of darts or cornhole! The fully fenced backyard gives your dog a safe place to play. Beach essentials including chairs and a cooler are provided for a day trip to the nearby beaches.

- The base rate includes up to 6 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Pet-friendly! Must be disclosed at the time of booking with a pet cleaning fee.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3–5 days of your stay.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- Garage parking is not available.
