The villa comfortably sleeps up to 12. The master suite includes a king bed, crib, pool access, and a private en-suite with double vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Guest rooms each have a king bed and 65 Smart TV. The second living room includes two queen sleeper sofas. A second full bathroom with pool access provides convenience and privacy.
LIVING AREAS:
The main living room features waterfront views, a 65 Smart TVs, and an open floor plan. A second family room provides added space to relax or watch TV. Both living rooms include cable TV with over 125 channels and streaming apps.
KITCHEN DINING:
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, large, granite countertops, and a central island with bar seating. Everything you need for family meals or entertaining is here, with a natural flow into the dining and living areas.

This place was very clean and organized. We were never bored and there was always something to do! So much fun!

This property is in a beautiful location. Our family enjoyed our overall stay because we got to do a little bit of everything. We were able to fish on the dock, have fun in the pool, play some games, etc. It’s a perfect home for big families. There are some things that definitely need fixing. The AC unit isn’t working properly so the house during the day is very warm and at night takes a long time to cool down. The pool area is no longer screened in, probably because of the hurricane but it’s important to know this as a lot of bugs do get into the pool. Also there is construction being done in the backyard, I believe they are building a new deck. Other than that it is a beautiful home in Cape Coral.

The house is nice and well equipped. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great place to stay. The location was great, once the dock is repaired, this house will be even better. We found that the grill didn’t work, but there was a new one brought out the next day. Unfortunately, we had issues with the air conditioner and ceiling fans that didn’t work. This made for very uncomfortable temperatures both day and night. Communication with the property manager was difficult, and they did not follow through. The service tech they sent to replace the grill, agreed that the AC wasn’t working properly. The owner and the property manager have admitted there were issues and agreed to a concession, however, they did not follow through, and will not respond to communication. I would recommend the house if it were under different management.
