This sleek, stylish, open-concept home will be just the place to bring your family or group of golf buddies along for an unforgettable vacation. While you'll enjoy a sunny southern exposure, canal views, and a furnished lanai with an optionally-heated pool and pool spa right on-site, this property is also conveniently close to local parks, the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, and the Forest Country Club for prime golf, all within 20 miles.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by an airy, coastal-themed, open floor plan with 12-foot ceilings and an electric fireplace. Enjoy the gracious entertaining space that flows seamlessly from indoors to outdoors via the sliding glass doors, flooding the home with plenty of natural light. Work remotely at the desk in the den which doubles as a fourth bedroom using the plush sofa bed. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available to keep you entertained during your stay. From the moment we arrived to this home we were welcomed to an immaculate home, more than what we needed to cook family meals, an abundance of towels & necessities, even used quality toiletries when was a nice touch! We enjoyed the pool everyday, listened to music from the TV, played boardgames that were there, it was truly a perfect stay! We are already talking about how soon we can get back!

We have spent years traveling to Cape Coral for Spring Break. We are 7 people, 2 families with 3 tweens. This home was gorgeous, the location was amazing, super clean, welcoming and we loved the vast outdoor space, one of our biggest needs. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Our biggest issue was this was listed as 4 bedrooms (which we need and paid for) but it is truly only 3. The 4th bedroom did not have privacy with clear door windows with no curtains or blinds and did not have a double sofa bed as listed. It was a flimsy twin mattress unsuitable for a 9 night stay. We also had a hard time with consistent hot water in 3 different showers. You need to be aware of these things if traveling with multiple people. The bedroom was a big disappointment for us but we loved most everything else!
