Privacy, silence and relaxation are guaranteed at Villa Eyleen, located at one of the widest canals in Cape Coral. The residence is located in a very quiet area in southwest Cape Coral, just one block from Surfside Blvd. And just a few meters from the outermost channel on the mangroves. Gorgeous properties are all around in this Surfside neighborhood!
You will find a completely refurbished and remodeled (2018) home with large, white Italian tiles throughout the house.
Unbeatable views - there's no better way to describe this home's gorgeous gulf-access setting. Gaze one direction over 2,000 ft down the beautiful Faye Canal. Look a different direction and enjoy over 550 ft of water view towards the Faye Canal Basin, which is over 300 ft wide! At its narrowest, the canal view is still 210 ft! Tons of docking options with a concrete captains walk that runs nearly the length of the sea-wall.
The villa Eyleen has approximately 2300sqf of living space, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is accessible from the pool. A solid tiled roof, oversized garage with epoxy flooring with direct access to the kitchen, large living area with sliding door to the outside: Patio/ Lanai and pool area.
The house is fully air conditioned and has a modern overall design, a well-equipped kitchen with Brazilian natural quartz countertops, wireless internet access throughout the house, 3 HD flat screen TVs, media player, sound bar, cable TV and iPad.
The kitchen with bar counter and bar stools is very generously designed and offers huge space, including a cooking island, breakfast nook with mitered glass window to oversea the entire Faye Canal. In the living area, a large comfortable couch invites you to relax, for formal dinner is a cozy dining area available and another casual area invites you to read, surf the Internet and is often used as a workplace. Nespresso Vertuo machine available.
Outside, the house newly planted vegetation gives the pool area the very special southwestern Florida charm.
In southwest Florida, it's about enjoying life in the sun by the pool or near the water. A boat dock with boat lift, sitting area, kayak launch deck and a captain deck provides additional space for sunbathing or relaxing on the water. The house has been equipped with 3 bicycles and 3 kayaks, 1 stand-up paddle for your comfort during your stay.
As the house has access to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, you should not miss the opportunity to rent a motorboat and visit the white beaches of Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Beach, Pine Island, Captiva or simply enjoy a boat trip through the various canals for a sightseeing tour.
Later in the day, when you are back from the beach or another trip, relax with a cool drink outside by the pool area or use the BBQ gas grill to prepare your favorite steak or fish for you and your family. The lanai area has 4 loungers, an outdoor dinning area for 8 people, a sitting area and a heated pool with waterfall.
When you have finished the day in a quiet atmosphere, you will find 4 very comfortable rooms that allow you to rest and recharge your batteries. The 4 bedrooms are individually designed and give the guest a modern character.
The master suite, located on one side of the house for privacy, offers spacious sitting area living area, king bed, LCD HD TV, walk-in closets and direct access to the master bathroom as well as direct access to the pool area. Connected and separated by a sliding door is the very spacious master bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are on the other side of the house. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. and HD TV, Bedroom 3 has two single beds that can be combined into a king size bed and bedroom 4 has a queen size double bed. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and an indirect ambient lighting, controllable via remote control from the bed.

The home was as shown in the profile. It is very pretty and functional. The owner was easy to communicate with, and the property manager was as as well.
Cape Coral is still recovering from the hurricane, so some of the places of interest were not accessible (beaches). The home is in great shape and survived the storm well. All of the restaurants and golf courses were open and ready for business.

From the time we checked until check out the house met every expectation we had. Our teenagers had the best time fishing off the kayaks in the canal. The pool was an awesome way to relax and soak in all the gorgeous views! The house is conveniently located near the grocery store and several restaurants. All the amenities there were great and we were very thankful that so many extras-kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, and beach equipment-were included to make our trip so memorable.
Stefan was very quick to respond with any question we had! We cannot wait until next year:) 10/10 recommended for a vacation rental with kids and teens.
