About this villa rental
Villa CHARISMA is fully air conditioned, has a wireless high speed internet, a stereo, LCD TV in the living room (55 inch), master bedroom (32 inch), Cabana (32 inch), ceiling fans, washing machine and Dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of household items. A table for 8 people and a huge gas grill in tropical garden with pool (electric pool heating). For the sun four loungers are available. In the main house are 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. In addition we do have two full size cribs. A separate in-law suite with integrated kitchen and bathroom can accommodate 4 more people. Also the villa has a double garage. The villa is situated in an excellent location in the southwest (salt water area) in a quiet area of an upscale residential area.
Villa Charisma got a new HVAC in 2021, new pavers in patio and driveway in 2022 as well as new tile floors, new paint inside outside and a new roof in 2023.
Up to two kids under ten rent for free; pets are not allowed; Non smoking property, electricity costs in the amount of 350 KWh per week, more consumption is charged with US$ 0.15 / kWh.
Access for guests:
The main doors are equipped with electronic locks. The appropriate access codes can be obtained prior to arrival.

We stayed here for a month Feb 21-March 21 prime gorgeous weather! This beautiful home had plenty of space for us, our kids and grandkids, who had their first swimming lessons in the pool here. The beautifully landscaped pool in a private courtyard was one of our favorite features of this home. Three queen beds, a king master suite plus two cribs provided plenty of sleep options. We enjoyed dining al fresco on the patio. Cape Coral is a large city with lots of options for dining and entertainment. It is about a 40 minute drive to Sanibel and Captiva with amazing shelling and dolphin watching. We loved doing the touristy things and were happy to come home to a super quiet and peaceful night’s sleep. Oh - all over the neighborhood are the cutest burrowing owls! The property manager was extremely responsive. This home is truly 10/10 and we highly recommend it.

Nice house with nice patio and pool which gives real privacy. The house is well equipped and the neighborhood is residential area. We really have enjoyed our stay.

Clean place. The air in the in law suite didn't cool. The couches in main house living room were cheap and broken. The gas grill did not light. There were no smart televisions and the TV in master br was so small you could not see it from the bed. Would have also preferred a keurig coffee maker!
