A little extra scrubbing would have been nice. Both showers were slightly clogged and one of the cabinet had greasy handles.

Unusual stopover but excellent. Just like a lovely boutique hotel room with unbelievable attention to service and detail yet not a hotel! Car parking was outside the front door. Only three rooms in building (we think) and staff not in it but near by. However we had no idea no-one was there in reality as our host was there ion arrival, delivered everything we needed (and more) plus breakfast to the room at the time requested. Couldn't get more from a buffet if we tried! Very modern with good wi-fi and TV including some cable channels.
Car parking outside front door was great but on a public cobbled street which seemed unused for general traffic. Couldn't explore Tournai as it was raining heavily and we didn't fancy going out again.

The staff is very well organised, very welcoming.
The facilities are great. The breakfast is very good.
We stayed here for the third times and we still loved it.
