The staff is very well organised, very welcoming. The facilities are great. The breakfast is very good. We stayed here for the third times and we still loved it.

The staff where so friendly and the breakfast in our room was outstanding and so much choice. The room was perfect for us for a 1 night stay and the bed and the option of an extra soft pillow was really welcome. Have already recommended to a couple of friends thst they should stay here when heading to Belguim.

Outstanding hotel with super friendly staff

Outstanding hotel - don't be put off by the exterior! Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The room was beautiful - everything you could wish for was provided and the decor was stunning. Breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you request and was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free (roadside, but perfectly safe). Walking distance to town centre (10 mins) where there are lots of bars & restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

The stairs up to the rooms are steep and a bit tricky if you're not so mobile; the staff carried our (ridiculously heavy) bags up for us, so not a complaint - more just to advise.

Fabulous hosts. Welcome processco and appetiser. Stunning decor and facilities. Everything you need was there. A lot of thought and care put into making it luxurious. Fabulous breakfast served. 20 min walk from city centre. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

I received an unusually warm and personal reception. As a frequent traveler, this really stood out. Within minutes of dumping my kit in my room, I was presented with a refreshing Prosecco and a lovely plate of Greek delicacies. Wonderful!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The couple running it were extremely friendly and welcoming. The bubbles and appetizer platter upon arrival were a nice touch and the breakfast spread was wonderful. Highly recommend!

If you are planning to stay in Tournai, ONIRO is the perfect go to place! The building is very nice, charming and clean. The rooms smell amazing, its like entering a Spa and the bed is just heavenly. The breakfast is delivered right to your room (no amextra charges for the room delivery) and is fresh and very tasty. The owners are lovely. Overall a very pleasant stay! Thank you and keep up the good work😊

Beautiful boutique hotel, great design and decor. Nothing too much trouble, arrived very late, but given some drinks and snacks in room on arrival. Excellent breakfast also served in our room. Really lovely place we will stay again.

The stay at Oniro was exceptional. The rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The service was above and beyond. We were greeted with smiles and given all the information we needed to ensure our stay was as good as possible. The restaurant Le Greco is also owned by the same family, we ate there and the food was superb and only a short walk away. We would highly recommend Oniro. We will be back !

Perfect from start to finish: easy parking right by the door in safe neighbourhood; warm welcome; stylish, comfortable room (Hypnos), generously kitted out; delightful welcome package of Greek mezze and champagne; superb breakfast spread (including freshly cooked eggs) brought to the room. And Tournai is a delightful historic town, worth the 15 min walk to the Grand Place. Ideal overnight stop en route from the Channel ports

Lovely, spacious room. Nice breakfast served to the room. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. We got also some good appetizers and drinks when we checked in.

You can here some traffic sounds if you have windows to the street so it's better to have your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Stunning hotel, incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts. Truly felt luxurious.

Beautiful interior design and attention to detail. They even tuned the TV to English and BBC ready for our stay. Breakfast was a feast, you will not leave hungry, it was all the little things that made our stay so perfect. They even let us park our motorbikes in their garage. Amazing and lovely.
