繁華街に近いのに、とても静かでゆっくりできる環境でした
室内の設備が充実していたうえに、広かったので、連泊される方にも向いていると思いました
ひとつだけあげるとすれば、玄関入ってすぐの小窓に目隠しがあればよかったなと思います

すすきの駅からスーツケースを持って歩いて10分以内、広くて使い勝手もよく良かったです。家電や食事等のものが全て揃っていて、助かりました。次のところに移動するのに、洗濯物がなかったのが有難かったです。
スタッフの方とは全く会わず、メールでのやり取りのみで完結しますが、丁寧に対応していただいて、安心して泊まれました。近くにコンビニやレストランが沢山あり、食べる楽しみも多かったです。昼間も夜もほとんど静かで、ゆっくり休めました。
チェックアウトもメールをいただき、ゴミの心配までしていただき、ありがとうございました。
残念ながら、浴槽が汚れていて、はじめシャワーだけで済ませていましたか、寒い時期だったのと、温まって疲れを落としたかったので、浴槽のお掃除をして入りました。机の上にも前の方の？髪の毛が落ちていて、お掃除の徹底をお願いしたいです。

大変綺麗で、ソファベッドも快適でした。
部屋も寒さを感じず、ほんとに快適に過ごせました。
初めての北海道旅行で不安だらけの中、施設の方に大変親切にしていただき嬉しかったです。
