Clean, comfortable, and a good location.

The staff was a bit amateurish but no problem overall.

Very specious room for a family of five. Bathroom was large, modern and with a great jungle shower with a separate tap with a whirlpool function. The location is in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Location, was a bit further off from the next subway station. With luggage, it was rather cumbersome. Would advise to take a taxi from the train station.

Walking distance to Susukino, the central nightlife area of Sapporo. The building and rooms are immaculate, everything feels like-new. The room had a washing machine which was very convenient, and we also used the kitchen a lot to prepare small meals. There are 2 rooms, one with western-style beds where the kitchen, dining area and main bathroom are located. There is a second room, with a tatami floor, where you lay out futons to sleep. Extra towels and linen were conveniently available on each floor, next to the elevator.

Kitchen utensils were limited. As for the second room, for a family, it would have been better if it had been a single larger room instead, but for two families, the setup might be ideal.

Space is great

Feel not so comfort but base on the pricing oaid I shoulnt not complain
